This policy applies to the Kindbug Labs corporate website at kindbuglabs.com. It covers visits to this informational site and inquiries sent to Kindbug Labs.

It does not describe how information is handled inside LinguaBug, LuvBug, or another application. Each product’s own privacy information applies to that product.

Hosting and technical data

This website is hosted by Hostinger. When you visit, the hosting infrastructure processes technical requests to deliver and protect the site. Access records may include your IP address, the page or file requested, date and time, browser or device information, approximate location derived from an IP address, and the server response.

These records support service operation, security, error diagnosis, and hosting-level traffic information. This is different from a third-party analytics script running in your browser.

Cookies and appearance preferences

This website’s code does not set cookies or include advertising trackers, third-party analytics scripts, or social-media tracking pixels. Fonts, images, styles, and scripts are served with the website.

By default, the website follows your device’s light or dark appearance setting. If you choose Light or Dark in the appearance control, that choice is saved in your browser’s local storage under kindbug-theme. It is not sent to Kindbug Labs.

Choose System to remove the saved preference, or clear the website’s storage in your browser. The saved appearance choice has no automatic expiry. Basic page content and links remain available without JavaScript.

When you email us

If you email support@kindbuglabs.com, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send, such as your name, message, and attachments. That information is used to respond to your inquiry and handle the matter you raise.

Our email service provider processes messages to deliver and store them. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, or private application conversations in a support inquiry.

Keeping and sharing information

Our hosting and email providers process information in order to operate those services. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or where necessary to investigate abuse, misuse, or security incidents.

Messages you send may remain in our business email system while we respond, manage related correspondence, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. We do not specify a fixed automatic deletion period for these messages.

Hostinger may retain technical logs and backups according to its service settings and practices; those periods can vary. For questions about a specific message or a request to delete information you sent, please contact us using the address below.

Other websites and applications

Links to LinguaBug and other product websites take you to separate services. Their features, account information, messages, and any payments are governed by their own privacy information.

This corporate website does not offer account registration, messaging rooms, subscriptions, payments, or a contact form.
